  1. Grant, great job describing the meal. I didn’t even know that dal meant lentil soup and bhat is rice. Now I do! I also like your step by step instructions on how to eat this meal. Pretty sure that’s in grade 6 or 7 curriculum. 🙂 The dish sounds yummy. I think these last couple of posts have Patrick wanting to cook some Nepalese food for us when we get to Boise! Great pictures.
